• Maximum bet: Maximum ৳50,000 per single bet. Separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Sure Bet: Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out option).
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets placed on that event will be refunded.
• Result Dispute: Official results are final. In the event of a technical error, the decision of 3999 Bit is final.

• Withdrawal Time: 30 minutes for mobile banking; 1–2 business days for bank transfers.
• To Your Own Account: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Fees: 3999 Bit charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank's own transaction fees may apply.
• Proof of identity: Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawals (৳50,000+).
• Currency: All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Crypto payments are also accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3999 Bit. Violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or for any other purpose.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to play games or place bets.

• Match Fixing: Participating in or facilitating any form of match-fixing or sports corruption.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account.
